IT’S TIME TO REBOOT YOURSELF !

From past few weeks, there’s only one word which is stuck with us like a strong gum and that is CORONA. No matter where you go, whom you talk to, what are you watching, this topic has become a new sensation for the entire world. People are so frustrated that as soon as they hear about COVID-19, their expressions suddenly changes into “OH God! Not Again. Well there’s no point to annoy yourself thinking that “What am I going to do in these four walls until next few days” because it’s time to reboot your life.

This is a major outbreak which cannot be ignored at any cost. Safety has always been everyone’s priority so if one has to compromise with their work, duties and projects then I don’t think he/she should get offended.

“My home is the safest place to live in. I don’t get enough time to spend with my family due to busy schedule. I miss my good old days when I used to focus more on my hobbies and do all those things which I love the most”. These are the most common dialogues we keep saying throughout our regular days. And now when we got some time to stay calm, we are bored…we are done. Funny, isn’t it?

Do you even realize how terribly we are trapped in this rat race that we cannot even imagine to be at our own comfort zone even for couple of days. The entire mass media is flooded with safety measures, all the famous personalities are trying to convey the importance of self-quarantine. Doctors, nurses, compounders are having sleepless nights just to cure their patients as early as possible. And we? We are tired of sitting at home because we have nothing to do. Like seriously?

RESUME WITH THE FLASHBACK

Everyone has wished at some point or another that life  came with a reboot button. So It’s high time to reboot yourself but with a little twist, BY GOING BACK TO BASICS. Who said only outdoor activities can keep us busy? Who said that we can entertain ourselves only by going out? Sleeping is not the only option left. There is so much productive you can do while stuck indoors.

Meditate, learn something through internet, watch movies, paint, dance, play board games, do some soothing conversation with your parents, video call your friends, help your mother in doing household work, try out aerobics and yoga, take time to reflect yourself, read or write a good story, work from home is not a bad option either, take out all the old albums, have a look on your childhood videos and feel nostalgic about how time flies so fast, keep yourself updated with this corona virus pandemic through any kind of medium.

I’m sure you must have already heard the above suggestions and many of us have also started implementing them. So these common ideas are for those people who are still taking this deadly virus lightly and complaining like a small kid.

We share this planet with many other species. Development is important but not at the cost of killing other species. We will overcome this but we must realize that messing with Mother Nature comes at a cost. Patiently wait for the storm to pass, cause this too shall pass.

Oopsss, I forgot to say something, “Stay safe, Stay home and Stay positive!😀
